You would like that wouldn't you? What a silly question you might say! Of course, who wouldn't?
On Wednesday, March 30 at 9:00 PST - 12:00 EST a Live Chat with Dr. Andersen who is the Medical Director of Take Shape For Life, Inc. is our chance to know a lot more on how to get fit without dieting and pills.

Living in Japan while in high school, Wayne Andersen observed the effect that the low-fat Asian diet had on creating much lower levels of obesity, cancer, and heart disease, compared to Western cultures. He also recognized how important family, life-long friends, and a life of meaning and purpose was to these people in their health and longevity.
In college at the University of Florida, he graduated with honors and then went on to medical school at the University for the Health Sciences in Kansas City, where he was valedictorian of his graduating class. Dr. Andersen did his internship at Grandview Hospital in Kansas City ¿ where he later directed the hospital’s surgical critical care program at Grandview and served as chairman of the department of anesthesiology. In 2000, he made a monumental decision to leave his hospital-based practice to devote his full energy to helping people to become and to stay healthy.
See you there...
